Lisa Blomgren Bingham, IUB, has been elected as a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration. She was nominated by members James Perry, IUB, and Rosemary O'Leary.
David Reingold, IUB, and Stephanie Moulton, IUB doctoral student, received a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for their research on "Evaluating cross-lender variation in client selection and outcomes of the Mortgage Revenue Bond program."
In July 2007, Kenneth Richards, IUB, was named associate director of the Richard G. Lugar Center for Renewable Energy. In this position, Richards will be responsible for developing new collaborative research teams and matching those teams with research resources. On August 16th he accompanied Andrew Hsu, director of the Lugar Center for Renewable Energy, to Argonne National Laboratory to investigate mutually beneficial opportunities for research and research funding.
