Presentations 

Robert Agranoff, IUB, and Michael McGuire, IUB, presented “The Olmstead Decision, the ADA, and Federal-State Relations” at the 101st Annual Meeting of the American Political Science Association in Washington, DC, September 1-4.

Rafael Reuveny, IUB, presented “On Endogenous Economic Policy in Autocratic Regimes,” during the American Economic Association Meetings on January 9, 2005 in Philadelphia, PA, co-authored with Joel Guttman (associate professor of economics from Bar Ilan University, Ramat Gan, Israel) Reuveny also presented “The Extent of the Kondratieff Wave’s Effect on Violence in the North-South Context,” at the NATO Advanced Research Workshop on Kondratieff Waves: Warfare and World Security on February 14-17, 2005 at Universidade da Beira Interior, in Covilha, Portugal, co-authored with William Thompson. William Thompson is a professor of political science from Indiana University, Bloomington.
