Presentations 

Lisa Bingham, IUB, made two presentations during the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution Conference in Los Angeles, CA on April 15, 2005. The first, as Chair of the Task Force on Research and Statistics, was a report on a survey of court administrators. The second was entitled "California Arbitration Disclosure Data: What We Have and What We Need" as part of a panel entitled "An Empirical Examination of Consumer Arbitration."

Leslie Lenkowsky, IUB and IUPUI, spoke at the Volunteer Voices of Indiana, sponsored by Indiana Association of Volunteer Centers, Indiana Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives and Indiana Retired Senior Volunteer Programs on April 14. He also participated in the meeting of the selection panel for Social Entrepreneurship Awards at the Manhattan Institute on April 20.

David Reingold, IUB, gave a guest lecture on "Why are Poor People Poor and on Welfare? Attitudes of Directors from Local Social Service Agencies" at Case University's Mandel School of Applied Social Science, Cleveland, Ohio, April 15, 2005.
