Lisa Blomgren Bingham, IUB, made a presentation to the Center for Collaborative Policy, a joint project of California State University Sacramento and the University of the Pacific's McGeorge School of Law, Sacramento, CA, on March 17 entitled "The Law and Collaborative Governance: The Case of California."

Clint Oster, IUB, presented two papers at the 46th Annual Meeting of the Transportation Research Forum in Washington, DC. The first was "The Evolution of U.S. Domestic Airline Route Networks since 1990" (with John S. Strong, and the second was "U.S. Commercial Aviation Safety in the 1990s" (with John S. Strong and Kurt Zorn, IUB).

Robert J. Ramsey, IUE, made two presentations at the recent Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences Conference held in Chicago on March 15 - 19, 2005. The first presentation was entitled, "The Nomenclature of Convicting the Innocent." The second presentation was titled "Wrongful Convictions: Theoretical Explanations for the Differing Perceptions of Criminal Justice Actors" (coauthored with Kelly G. Boller and James Frank).
