Les Lenkowsky, IUPUI and IUB, participated in Symposium #3: “300,000 and Counting: Are Transnational NGOs Changing the World?” as part of the dedication of the Maxwell School’s Moynihan Institute of Global Affairs at Syracuse University on March 14. Vicky Meretsky and Dave Parkhurst, IUB, recently served (March 14-15) on an advisory panel in the Rare Species Monitoring Workshop for the Clark County, Nevada, Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan (MS HCP). This is one of the most complex and extensive HCP’s yet created under the Endangered Species Act.
