Richard Hug, IUNW, presented "Social Equity: Health and Healthcare Indicators" at the 5th Social Equity Leadership Conference sponsored by the Panel on Social Equity of the National Academy of Public Administration on February 2, 2006 in Omaha, Nebraska.

Clint Oster, IUB, made two presentations with his colleague John Strong (College of William & Mary) at the 85th Transportation Research Board Annual Meeting. The first was "The Evolution of U.S. Domestic Airline Route Networks since 1990," presented in a poster session and the second was "Restructuring and Performance of Air Navigation Organizations."

Stephen Ziegler, IPFW, was an invited panelist who spoke on the law and ethics of end-of-life decision-making and treatment: "'This Sickness is Unto Death': A Discussion of End of Life Decisions," January 19, 2006, Indiana University-Purdue University (IPFW University Religious Forum, 2005-2006 Lecture Series).
