Robert Dibie, IUK, recently published a book titled Non-Governmental Organizations and Sustainable Development in Sub-Saharan Africa (Lexington Press). The book is a text full of practical experiences and provides a statement about how to understand the crucial needs for national and regional government to collaborate with NGOs, the private sector and community-based organizations in the sustainable development process of a nation.
Beth Gazley, IUB, has published an article in the Jan./Feb. 2008 issue of Public Administration Review entitled “Beyond the Contract: The Scope and Nature of Informal Government–Nonprofit Partnerships.”
