Jim Perry, IUB, was a featured presenter at the Leadership Forum in Washington, D.C. on January 23. The Forum was organized by American University’s Institute for the Study of Public Policy Implementation and sponsored by Watson Wyatt Consulting. Perry’s presentation focused on the specific actions agencies can take to retain the best and brightest Gen X, Y, and Millennials by leveraging their commitment to public service. The Forum was held at the National Academy of Public Administration.
