A Review of the Capacity and Performance Research" at the Second Conference on the Determinants of Performance in Public Organizations, University of Hong Kong, December 7-10, 2006.

Rafael Reuveny, IUB, with Omar Keshk, and Brian Pollins (Ohio State University), presented "Trade and Military Conflict Revisited: Issues of Data and Model Specification," and, with Katherine Barbieri (University of South Carolina), "Natural Resources and Monadic Military Conflict," at the American Political Science Association meetings held August 31-September 3, 2006 in Philadelphia.
