Congratulations to Bob Agranoff, IUB, for winning the Best Book Award in the Public and Nonprofit Division of the Academy of Management for his book Managing Within Networks: Adding Value to Public Organizations. He will be presented the award at their annual conference in Anaheim, CA, August 8-13.
Ron Hites, IUB, has been named Vice President of the Board of Directors for the International Association for Great Lakes Research 2007-2008.
Sheila Kennedy, IUPUI, received the Robert Risk Award for lifetime achievement from the Indiana ACLU at its annual dinner on April 5, 2008. On May 16, 2008 the Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis will present her with the “Alumna of the Year Award.” Congratulations, Sheila!
David McSwane, IUPUI, was elected to a six-year position as the Academic representative to the Conference for Food Protection’s Executive Board.
